High-pressure modules raise the water line pressure up to, typically 1,000 - 2,000 PSI (70 - 140 Bar).
Our pump range includes small commercial & residential modules starting at 1LPM, and increasing in liter increments, up to 8LPM. We also custom-engineer pump modules for specific applications and these modules can be as high 80LPM. Pump modules are available in single and three phase models as well as with either mechanical unloaders or variable frequency drives (VFD). Our range of VFD pump modules are designed to increase and decrease output, automatically, with demand so are ideal in applications where part, or all, of the fog nozzles are regularly switched on and off. Every pump module is designed and built for durability; so all aspects of pump performance are married to the specific design. This includes requirements such as voltage, horsepower, pump rpm, pulsation dampening, motor control, communication circuitry, and bypass.
All our pump modules can be supplied in open, stainless steel, frames or contained within IP rated and sound proofed enclosures. Every pump module is tested prior to leaving our factory and uses only top-quality components.
